I was born and raised in NW Montana. Both of my parents were elementary school teachers. I am the oldest of 6 children. After graduating high school I spent 18 months in Washington DC where I worked as a file clerk with the FBI. Once I returned home, I began working on my BS in Elementary Education and English. After teaching for 7 years I went on to get an endorsement in Special Education. The biggest chunk of my teaching career was with 5th grade. Upon retirement I moved to Arizona where I lived with my sister for 7 years. Once COVID hit we decided to move again and came to Roseburg. I am now finding that I am being called to follow the Lord’s path back to my roots and teaching 5th grade. I am so excited to be a part of the CCA family!
